Head of eCommerce

The Opportunity

ALOHA is looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven Head of eCommerce to lead our direct-to-consumer strategy and play a key role in achieving ALOHA's online sales plan. This person will work collaboratively with the brand, sales, and tech teams to define and implement a comprehensive eCommerce plan while maintaining the ALOHA brand online. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, a familiarity with eCommerce, acquisition and retention execution, paid media, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves in order to solve any problem, with an insatiable appetite for continual learning.

  • Oversee ALOHA's Commerce business, including both direct to consumer and pure play (Amazon, Jet, etc).
  • Develop merchandising and promotion plans to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Create and lead an integrated online marketing strategy for the acquisition of new and retention of current customers
  • Manage channel strategy, creative development, performance and segmentation of all digital media
  • Leverage our customer database to develop segmented email marketing campaigns and implement continuous testing to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage key metric dashboards and drive performance analytics 


  • 4-6 yrs eCommerce experience
  • Strong knowledge of and experience using Google Analytics data to improve search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and user experience
  • Experience in a breadth of marketing acquisition channels with proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online metrics, A/B testing, and attribution modeling
  • Hands on experience with email marketing programs, data mining, campaign management strategy and ROI analysis
  • Work with email and predictive analytics to optimize trigger campaigns
  • Previous marketing experience for a Food/CPG brand is a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML / CSS preferred
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
