Part-Time Customer Experience Associate

As a member of a small, personal Customer Experience team, you will provide phenomenal customer support to ensure every touchpoint with the consumer provides a positive and compelling experience. You will be responsible for interfacing with customers across social media, on the phone, and via email to establish brand authority, engage with customers, and maintain company reputation. You will also play a large role in identifying and troubleshooting a variety of issues across the business, and will communicate across multiple teams to ensure swift and efficient response to customer complaints.

This is a great role for an industrious college student or recent graduate who is excited about health & wellness, business, and start-ups, and is eager to learn a wide array of skills. This role will require a commitment of 15-20 hours a week during normal business hours. Preferably, you will work out of our NYC corporate headquarters, but, for the right candidate, remote options can be discussed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide extraordinary customer support to ensure an overall outstanding consumer experience
  • Manage ALOHA’s online reputation via retail and consumer review sites
  • Respond to email inquiries and answer/return phone calls via Zendesk
  • Become an expert on all ALOHA products and services, current and past
  • Relay feedback from customers to relevant internal teams and identify solutions

About you:

  • 1 year of experience working in an office environment; start-up, customer service, or social media experience a plus; college students or recent grads welcome
  • Passion for health & wellness and/or consumer goods
  • Strong communicator; must be empathetic and articulate in all communication
  • Self-starter, doer personality who will take initiative from day one
  • Team player who is willing to do anything to support the team and business
  • Extremely organized and strong attention to detail
  • Must exhibit respect and understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Must have a scrappy approach to problem solving and a can-do attitude
  • Strong passion for work, life and people; must be an overall positive person
  • Display constant curiosity and desire to learn
